Shift lens extended warranty - Do I qualify?

Did you know that here at Visique Rose Optometrists, we offer an extended warranty on your Shift lenses when purchased?
The standard replacement fee for a broken or lost Shift lens is $450 per lens.
In your first year, you can now have an extended warranty at a cost of $50 per lens.
This lens extended warranty covers a lost lens or a lens which is broken outside the manufacturer’s breakage warranty of 90 days.
If you wear two Shift lenses and would like to cover them both, the fee is $100.
The 12-month warranty on a Shift lens cannot be renewed. The duration of the extended warranty for any single lens is for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty on that lens lapses and cannot be renewed when that lens is 12 months old.
A 12-month shift lens warranty is also available when you purchase a replacement lens at the standard cost.
Shift lens warranty cannot be purchased after the lenses have left the practice.
